1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TicketCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TicketCraft provides tools to create, design, generate, and distribute event tickets. We facilitate transactions between event organizers and attendees but are not a party to any event contract.

3. Fees

Platform fees apply based on your ticketing model: R17.00 per physical ticket or R564.00 setup plus 8% commission for online events. The per-ticket platform processing fee (R17.00) is non-refundable under all circumstances, including refund requests approved by organizers or the platform. Only the base ticket price is eligible for refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of event information you submit and for complying with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

5. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to attempt resolution through TicketCraft's dispute workflow before initiating a chargeback. We maintain scan logs, email delivery records, and transaction metadata that may be used to dispute unwarranted chargebacks. Accounts that repeatedly initiate chargebacks without using the dispute workflow may be suspended.

6. Limitation of Liability

TicketCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
